My passion for real estate began at the young age of 8 years old. Every Sunday I cut out the Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier "Home Plan of the Week" and collected them in a big drawer. I would spend hours pouring over these plans when I had the time, dreaming about one day selling these gorgeous homes.
